Welcome to Andersen Management Services (AMS). Your management professional for Condominiums and Homeowners Associations. AMS is a full-service company that provides management and accounting services, which are provided as in accordance with the mutually agreed upon Property Management Contract, the Association Governing Documents, Florida Statutes, and Regulations. Any special service needs the Association has will be accommodated and memorialized via written agreement.

AMS is a small, privately owned company founded in June 2020 by Kristina Andersen. The company mission is to provide personal and professional services to communities via management by objective and self-control, giving full scope to individual strength and responsibility, and at the same time give common direction of vision and effort, establish teamwork, and harmonize the goals of the individual with the commonwealth. Kristina is hands-on, detail oriented, and treats each owner as a person rather than a number. She is available via email, telephone and in person and replies within 24 hours. 

It is the company belief that "knowledge is power", and therefore regular attendance of seminars, webinars, podcasts, and online classes takes place to learn and disseminate the latest in industry information, development, and legal changes.
